Read the filing before the market does.

Moratrix reads public filings, announcements and price history, then shows you what changed and why it might matter. It shows its sources. It does not tell you what to buy.

Filings → extracts → checks → readout Sources attached

Six ways to see what changed.

The product is a reading desk, not a tip sheet. Every output points back to the document or price series behind it.

  1. 01

    Change detection

New filings, amended statements and material announcements, flagged when they land against the last readout.

    FILING
  2. 02

    Filing digests

The 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K read down to the paragraphs that moved, with the accession number kept.

    DOCUMENT
  3. 03

    Price & volume context

Historical price and volume placed beside the disclosure — context for the change, not a call on it.

    MARKET DATA
  4. 04

    Peer comparison

The same metrics across a named peer set, each figure carrying the source it came from.

    COMPARATIVE
  5. 05

    Watchlist flags

Your names, marked when a tracked data point changes or a new filing arrives.

    MONITORING
  6. 06

    Dated archive

Every readout keeps its date, sources and version, so the chain can be checked later.

    ARCHIVE

What we will and will not do.

Three operating rules decide what gets published, what gets cut, and what stays visible when the model gets something wrong.

01

Every output shows its sources

Each readout points to the filing, announcement or price series behind it. A number we cannot trace does not go on the page.

02

We don’t tell you what to buy

The tool shows what changed and why it might matter. What to buy, how much and when is your decision, made with your own adviser if you have one.

03

We publish what the model gets wrong

The failure modes live on the Methodology page instead of being hidden. We do not publish performance figures we cannot prove.

03 / Sample output

The shape of a readout.

A report keeps the figures, the filing reference and the plain-language note together. It is deliberately dated: you can see what the model read and when.

This is a layout demonstration, not a current view of any company. The ticker is real; every figure and date is illustrative.

What changed

Services revenue mix moved +11.6% YoY in the latest filing.

Why it might matter

Services is the highest-margin line in the filing. The readout shows the mix shift and its source; it does not score the shares.

The method

The method is public.

Data sources, validation, failure modes and the things the model refuses to do are documented on one page. Read it before you trust a number.

  • What the model reads — and what it does not
  • How outputs are sampled and corrected
  • Known limitations, stated plainly
